Biography:

Jessie is a prominent character in the Disney/Pixar animated Toy Story franchise.

She is a vintage pull-string cowgirl doll with a fiery personality and a fear of abandonment. Jessie's first appearance was in Toy Story 2, where she is found in Al's Toy Barn, part of Woody's Roundup gang.

Initially filled with sadness from being abandoned by her original owner, Emily, Jessie learns to trust again and finds a new family with Woody, Buzz, and the rest of Andy's toys.
